Return for rethinking
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement of the purchased item.
In order to access the return procedure, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.
Any item not in its original condition, opened, damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs are not subject to refund.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or refusal of the refund request and, if successful, we will agree on the refund methods.
Replacement
